As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients transform their business processes through the ServiceNow platform.

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution design, configuration, and implementation to maximize the value of their investment. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during demos and RFP responses.

Quality & Governance Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow standards and client governance frameworks.

Continuous Improvement

Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, or CSM. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
