Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to define project requirements. Your leadership will foster both team camaraderie and the professional development of junior engineers. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, develop, and optimize software for various applications
- Collaborate on software/hardware co-design for performance improvements
- Lead team scrums, project planning, and technical reviews




- Educate junior engineers through mentoring and code reviews
- Stay ahead by researching trends relevant to compiler technologies Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in programming with C++, C, or Java
- Proven experience with production compilers like LLVM/Clang
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies
