~ Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow roadmaps, architecture standards, and platform modernization strategies aligned to business objectives. ~ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CSDM, CMDB, integrations, data models, security, and governance. ~ Experience leading solution design, architecture reviews, technical governance, and platform transformation initiatives. ~ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and future-state ServiceNow solutions. ~ Knowledge of ServiceNow AI, Automation Engine, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and emerging platform capabilities.
