Design, develop, and support solutions using IBM Sterling File Gateway, Global Mailbox, and Connect Support secure file exchanges for ACH, EFT, wire payments, treasury, and cash management Monitor platform performance and availability using IBM Control Center and enterprise monitoring tools Create technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership 4+ years of hands‑on IBM Sterling File Gateway experience ~ Strong experience with IBM Global Mailbox, Connect, and Control Center ~ Experience working in Agile delivery environments Experience with ACH, EFT, wire payments, treasury, or payment platforms IBM Sterling Secure Proxy experience DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation knowledge
