We’re Purple Cow Internet, a Halifax ISP building the kind of team that’s willing to change the world. We’re looking for an engineer who can orchestrate and scale AI agents so real work runs in parallel on big projects, not grind line by line.

What you’ll do

- Design and ship systems that coordinate multiple AI agents on production work
- Turn fuzzy project goals into agent workflows that are reliable, observable, and easy to iterate
- Pair agents with solid software foundations: APIs, data, tooling, and guardrails
- Work closely with the team to put agent capacity on the hardest customer and product problems
- Keep things scrappy: ship, learn, tighten the loop

What we’re looking for

- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks (for example LangGraph, multi-agent / supervisor patterns, tool use)
- Robust software engineering instincts:



you can write the glue, the services, and the operational pieces, not only prompt
- Comfort owning ambiguous problems end to end
- A let’s-go attitude: fight for every customer, resourceful, low ego

Nice to have

- Production agentic systems, RAG / LLMOps, evaluation and tracing
- Experience in mid-market, agency, or indie environments where you wore more than one hat
