We are currently hiring Senior Software Engineer (React Native) to be based in either Finland, Germany, Poland, UK, Netherlands, Sweden or UK.

You will be part of a cross-functional product team responsible for building and evolving a modern mobile application that supports Epassi’s product vision. We are adding this role to strengthen our mobile engineering capabilities and to establish a solid, scalable foundation for a React Native app that is built for long-term growth. In this role, you will take ownership of mobile-specific system areas, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape how we build, operate, and continuously improve our mobile solutions across the Epassi group.

Designing, building, and maintaining a high-quality React Native mobile application Ensuring high standards for code quality, testing, performance, and security Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA,



and DevOps Actively contributing to architectural discussions and technical improvements Establish and evolve architectural patterns that support long-term development Take ownership and responsibility for the quality and reliability of mobile features Proactively identify and reduce technical debt Developing mobile features using React Native and TypeScript Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code Integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs in collaboration with Backend Engineers Monitoring app behavior, analyzing issues, and supporting incident resolution Supporting build, release, and deployment processes for iOS and Android Participating in agile ceremonies such as planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives Documenting architectural decisions and technical solution Leverage AI-native development tools and workflows (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and set the standard for AI-assisted engineering practices across the team.
