As a Senior Stylist, you will: Own the full in-store experience during your shift—often as the sole stylist on the floor—bringing professionalism, warmth, and sound judgment to every customer interaction and operational decision. Create a welcoming and inspiring store workplace by engaging customers in a meaningful, personal way—listening, styling, and helping them discover pieces that fit their lives. We don't believe in commission-based selling, but we do believe in helping customers make confident, informed purchases.

Communicate with clients both in person and online through thoughtful styling advice, product knowledge, and excellent customer support. Create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media that brings the in-store experience to life—styling, photography, short-form video, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Is confident working independently and takes full ownership of the store experience during solo shifts.
