They are responsible for supporting all areas of the business including Retail Management, Corporate, and closed-door facilities positions. TA Specialist will also actively be involved in projects and activities including attending career fairs, planning hiring days and working with external vendors.

Recruit for all level positions for Retail, Corporate, and closed-door lines of business.

Utilize Oracle Recruiting

Cloud (ATS) to screen assigned job requisitions to review and assess applications. Utilize a variety of innovative sourcing techniques to identify,



attract, and build talent pipelines of high quality active and passive candidates for current and future roles. Create and share engaging, professional talent related content across platforms such as LinkedIn to support Staples employer brand and hiring efforts. 3-5 years previous progressive HR experience required including talent acquisition. ~ Retail industry and corporate recruitment experience considered an asset. ~ Bilingual skillset (English / French) considered a strong asset. ~ Robust stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and represent the company professionally through presentations and engaging social media content.
