Desired Profile

- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;




- 5 to 7 years of experience in tax litigation;
- Master's degree in Taxation or equivalent training considered a significant asset;
- Strong knowledge of proceedings before Quebec courts and the Tax Court of Canada;
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills;
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ability to work autonomously;
- Excellent command of both French and English.
