We’re looking for a specialist with 3+ years of SEO experience, hands-on experience in AI search optimization, and strong practical skills with AI tools. Candidates living in or near Markham are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content planning.
- Proficiently use a wide range of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google AI Search, and Claude.
- Improve opportunities for our brand and content to be mentioned, cited, and recommended in AI-generated answers.
- Use AI tools effectively for research, content development, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Track organic traffic, AI search visibility, leads, and conversions, and refine strategies based on results.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of SEO experience, with measurable results and relevant project examples.
- Hands-on experience with AI search optimization,



also known as AEO .
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, including prompting and reviewing output for accuracy and quality.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Solid understanding of search intent, structured data, technical SEO, and content strategy.
- Ability to work independently and turn recommendations into practical improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Based in Markham or nearby.
- Experience with local SEO and Canadian markets.
- Experience building AI automation workflows.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
