- Greet guests quickly and genuinely with a big smile and a big hello.
- Make room in your brain for BAR145° and menu knowledge – a lot of room.
- Provide extraordinary service to our guests.
- Take food and beverage orders. Consistently use suggestive sell techniques.
- Enter all orders in the point-of-sale system.
- Quality check with guests within two minutes or two bites of food delivery.
- Verify order accuracy and BAR145° quality.
- Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Pre-bus tables and be a team player.
- Prepare and present final bill to the guest.
- Accept payment and process bill through the point-of-sale system.
- Complete opening, closing,



and side duties if applicable.
- Thank every single guest for their visit.
- Provide goodbyes as big and enthusiastic as your hellos.
- Do what it takes to turn every guest into a repeat Guest.

Requirements

- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and qualified demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
