Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Touchbistro POS
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Touchbistro POS for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, serving standards, and food safety regulations
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Food industry experience demonstrating understanding of food handling protocols and hospitality standards
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction

Pay: From $16.40 per hour
