Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and drinks
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely order delivery and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry will be advantageous
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles that require multitasking in quick-paced environments is desirable
- Basic kitchen or food preparation experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
