About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and help create a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
- Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Resolve guest concerns professionally or refer them to a supervisor when appropriate

Qualifications




- Previous serving or customer-service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Food Safe certification required.
