Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments with precision.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit,



responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Experience

- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours.
- Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cash transactions.
- Experience in serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles demonstrates excellent guest service skills and teamwork ability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
