We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, experienced Server to join our team at Water Valley Saloon — your local spot for good food, cold drinks, and familiar faces.

Located in Water Valley, this role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, small-town atmosphere where guests feel taken care of from the moment they walk in.

Please note: Reliable transportation to and from Water Valley is required.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3–5 years of serving experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

- Provide warm, attentive service to all guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Use our POS system (TOAST) to manage orders and payments
- Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with overall restaurant upkeep
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell menu items, drinks, and specials
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards




- Monitor alcohol service and ensure responsible service practices
- Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of serving experience required
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Ability to confidently manage a busy section and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- ProServe certification required (applicants must be 18+ to obtain certification)
- Comfortable using POS systems (TOAST experience is an asset)
- Reliable transportation to and from Water Valley
