The Service Writer/Advisor at Fireweed Heavy Truck & Equipment Repairs is the first point of contact for our customers, making trust and loyalty crucial. Key responsibilities include data entry, greeting customers, coordinate service appointments and communicate with customers to understand their repair and maintenance needs.

What you bring:
- Solid customer-focused skills especially active listening with strong written and verbal communication.
- Competency using repair & maintenance software to schedule repairs and maintenance requirements, provide estimates, document repairs & maintain records of service orders.
- Collaborate with mechanics and the parts team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.




- Ability to multitask while providing a high degree of quality customer service in a fast-paced truck repair environment.
- Experience with Fullbay is an asset!
- Preferred: At least 2-years of automotive/heavy duty experience
- Reliable transportation
- Available immediately
