Engage with customers directly, prepare service quotes, and communicate effectively regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs while maintaining a clean workspace. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assess customer needs upon arrival
- Document all vehicle issues accurately and promptly
- Prepare accurate quotes and obtain customer approvals




- Liaise between customers, parts department, and technicians
- Conduct vehicle inspections pre- and post-service Requirements:
- Valid BC Driver's license with a clean abstract
- Experience as a Service Advisor preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and data entry skills
