Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds Scheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficiently Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations Experience in automotive service advising is a plus, but not required A proven background in rapid-paced customer service or sales Tech-savvy mindset—CRM, DMS, tablets,
