Position Title: Family Preservation Worker Employment Type: Full Time 35 hours per week Posting Closes: October 6, 2026 Perform assessments, implement goal plans and collect data and charting on progress Develop community programming based on demonstrated need and program objectives as outlined in funding contracts, community plans and individual goal plans. Provides services to clients supported by evidence, research and multidiscipline expertise on the wide range of health, social, and program specific issues related to health care services within First Nation communities and CSFS clinics. Collaborates with other multidisciplinary team members and physicians to facilitate an inter‑skilled approach to standards of practice with a focus on promoting team‑based care.

Social Services

Diploma with two years extensive experience; The community’s size, services and amenities are well suited for entrepreneurs, and those involved in resource or agricultural sectors. You’ll be supported to do your best work through collaboration, learning, and a shared commitment to respectful, culturally safe service. Most of all,

In addition to base salary, CSFS offers an excellent total rewards package, including unique, generous, flexible time off options that promote work‑life‑family balance, a Municipal Pension Plan (defined benefit with an employer contribution of 9.31% after the eligibility period), and extended health and dental benefits. The target hiring range for this position is $32.85 to $42.54 per hour. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
