Responsibilities As the Service Manager your key responsibilities will include Managing the performance and development of the Service team including driving the accountability of team members staffing the department appropriately and facilitating trainingPartnering with the Human Resources department on labour related and sensitive personnel issuesContributing to continuous improvement by leading or supporting LEAN initiatives improving the overall efficiency of the departmentProactively managing the Service fleet as it relates to vehicle purchases replacements repairs and maintenanceWorking in partnership with other business units to develop and grow key customer accounts while generating new business and revenue streamsActively addressing customer service issues andor disputesManaging Key Performance Indicators that relate to the Service departmentStrategically analyzing the financial statements utilizing them as a tool to drive the profitability of the departmentAdvocating and driving compliance on all corporate safety initiatives policies and programsRequired Skills &
