We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team supporting key enterprise initiatives. This is a remote role requiring candidates to be local to the Washington, D.Telecommute Contract 52.05 – 62.05 per hour Bachelors Lead custom development of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom-scoped applications using JavaScript/Glide, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum workplace, participating in daily standups, refining stories, and maintaining thorough system architecture documentation.

Assist with platform integrations via APIs, supporting release management, environment configurations, and unit testing procedures. Identify risks, participate in code/development reviews, and contribute technical feedback to mid/senior engineering leadership. 1-2 years of technical hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform. ~ Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML5, CSS, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. ~ Citizenship is required (must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to start). ~ Must be local to the Washington, D.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Official

ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer). Specialized experience in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), or IT Operations Management (ITOM). Familiarity with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist),



third-party LLM API integrations, or Automated Test Framework (ATF).
