The Services

Coordinator performs the majority of functions related to client management such as scheduling, client and caregiver communication, and more. She/he organizes and schedules clients and anticipates staffing requirements to effectively manage client volumes.



The activities are conducted in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.

Effectively meets the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving services Responds to client/employee inquiries immediately Assists with tracking and validating client-related documentation Responds promptly to incidents/complaints/compliments, documenting completely and relaying information to Care Coordinator immediately Experience in the healthcare field is preferred Knowledgeable in all Windows applications Experience with scheduling software is preferred Strong customer service skills Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Excellent customer service skills Experience with direct employee supervision Flexible work from home options available. #
