Health & Dental Perks In-house Beverages The Drain & Sewer Technician/Sales is a commission-based position that is responsible for generating new business through the identification and acquisition of new customers, lead generation activities and industry networking out on the field.



The primary objective of this position is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives with respect to new maintenance contract sales in an assigned geographic territory. Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify new sales opportunities Preparing and delivering sales pitches to potential clients Providing regular reports on sales activity and performance Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionEnsuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to Adhering to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes Successful experience in plumbing service work Demonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, within the industry Strong ability to work independently to efficiently manage the assigned territory and accounts we need top of the line individuals who genuinely care about the customers and look at this opportunity as not just a job but as a career.
