Packers is among North America’s largest producers of Raised Without Antibiotics (“RWA”) pork and a key supplier of RWA and conventional pork products to customers in Canada, the U.Japan, China and other international markets.
The Canada
Packer’s Lethbridge Pork facility is a specialty pork processing plant. This includes everything from receiving the pigs from the farmer to preparing finished products for export. Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout plant.
Bagging and/or packaging of meat products. Inspect products to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation and food safety regulations.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work efficiently to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and finished products.
Follow company policies, procedures, and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Competitive wages starting at $18.20/hour, reaching up to $25.05/hour. Extended health and dental plan. Short-term disability coverage, long-term disability coverage, and basic group life insurance.
