Administer and oversee the administration of human resources programs including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, performance and talent management, productivity, employee relations, recognition, DEI, and training and development. Executes best practices for hiring and talent management. Confidentially manage disputes and grievance resolution through effective incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, while addressing various collective agreement requirements. Facilitate the career development, training, and career development of direct reports. Ensure all employee information in company HRIS system through effective process audits and established audit schedules.
Post-Secondary Degree, Diploma,
