Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives. Acting as a role model for your team members, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed. Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere. Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbsto fold, stock and build or display merchandise. Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock. 2+ yearsof retail orguestservice experience, withdemonstratedleadership or supervisory experience preferred. ~ Demonstrated ability to handle keys, cash, and store security responsibilities. ~ A genuine passion for people, home décor, and helping others find what they love. ~ Take personal responsibility for staying current on QE Home’s extensive range of products,



ensuring you can confidently shareaccurateinformation and recommendations with everyguest. ~ Aclean, skilled, andfashion forwardappearance that reflects the brand and adheres to the store’s dress code standards. ~ Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
