We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on worker to join our metal fabrication shop. The position includes machine operation, press brake work, packaging finished parts, and general shop duties.

Duties include:

- Operating machinery and assisting with bending metal parts on the press brake.
- Loading and unloading parts.
- Checking parts for quality and accuracy.
- Counting, sorting, and packaging orders for shipping.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Pays attention to detail and follows instructions.
- Works well with others and can stay on task independently.
- Is comfortable with physical work in a shop environment.

Previous machine operation, press brake, or manufacturing experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person. Chance for growth: Someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, and shows strong organizational skills could grow into a role with more responsibility, including coordinating jobs and managing projects.

Pay based on experience.

Pay: $17.60-$27.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
