Create a customer centric environment and ensure the shopping experience is easy and enjoyable Guide the creation and execution of individual development plans for the team, identifying training needs while utilizing internal and external resources Build strong relationships with customers and vendors while focusing the team on client acquisition and building profitable client connections Establish a plan for the Showroom to meet the budgeted sales targets and business development goals to increase market share Partner with marketing and leadership to develop marketing initiatives and enable the Showroom to meet targets Accountable the safety and compliance of the branch with company policies and regulations Agile customer service skills with the ability to train and mentor staff Strong sales track record, including success expanding a client base and building relationships Passionate about design, including interior design, furniture, and architecture Experience in a specialty retail setting (preferably plumbing) Family-owned ROBINSON is a leading Canadian distributor of plumbing, heating, electrical, and lighting products.
