We are looking for an experienced and dependable Siding Crew Leader to lead a siding installation crew on residential and commercial construction projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for organizing the crew, coordinating daily work, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a siding installation crew on site.
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
- Install siding, soffit, fascia, trims, flashings, and related exterior finishes.
- Ensure proper installation methods, measurements, alignment, and detailing.
- Inspect completed work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades as required.
- Ensure the crew follows all site safety requirements and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Monitor materials and notify management of material requirements or shortages.
- Train and provide direction to crew members as needed.
- Identify and resolve installation issues or bring them to management's attention.
- Keep the project moving efficiently and minimize unnecessary delays.
- Complete daily site reports or updates as required.

Qualifications & Experience

- Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
- must have a valid driver's licence, and good driving record
- Ability to work at heights and safely use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
