Minto, You'll Have Access To a Rewarding And Supportive Package Designed To Help You Thrive Competitive compensation with performance-based annual bonus Supervise the construction activities of an assigned construction site to ensure units are delivered on schedule, with appropriate specifications, and on budget. Provides weekly updates and meetings on project status to all staff

- Orders construction material from suppliers i.e. steel, wood, windows, trusses
- Reviews and revises architectural changes and customer extras on drawings and plans
- Works with and manages the Warranty expectations throughout the project
- Ensure after-hours and weekend security is in place for the construction site
- Responsible for performance evaluation and career development plans of staff
- Responsible for the Health and Safety requirements as per MOL regs and Minto’s H&S; Policies
- Continuously pursues cost-effective alternatives to improve financial performance in all areas
- Supervises, trains, and provides direction on all work performed in office by trade partners, and Minto staff
- Builds, manages, and maintains a high-performance team through effective talent recruitment, coaching, and development
- Sets high standards, establishes accountabilities,



and measures performance consistent with Minto’s Values
- Inspects the work site continuously to ensure all Minto staff and trades partners abide by Ministry of Ontario Labour regulations and Minto’s Health & Safety Policies

High School

Diploma is required, a College Diploma is an asset (i.e., architectural, construction management). Minimum five to seven (5-7) years in the construction industry (preferably high-rise).
