JM Wellness Kids Inc. is currently seeking a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) to join our team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated Communicative Disorders Assistant who shares our commitment to helping children reach their highest communication potential.

Our services are provided primarily on a 1-on-1 basis, and many of our clients benefit from individualized communication support and skill development. The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience working directly with children and supporting speech, language, communication, and related developmental goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Completion of a recognized Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) program or equivalent education.
- Previous experience working with children in a 1-on-1 setting is preferred.
- Experience supporting children with speech, language, communication, or developmental needs is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and self-direction.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.




- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and implement strategies under the direction of a Speech-Language Pathologist and/or other regulated healthcare professional, as applicable.
- Courteous, positive, and professional attitude when working with clients, families, and staff.
- Committed to providing empathetic, respectful, and culturally sensitive care.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and maintain client confidentiality.

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay: Starting at $60.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 1–15 hours per week
