Job details:

- Employment type: Full time, permanent.
- Target area: Grande Prairie, Fort Saint John.
- Other company locations: Red Deer, AB, and Fort St. John, BC.
- Work location: In person at operating sites. Specific base and assignments to be confirmed.
- Schedule: Rotation, shift length, overtime and weekend requirements to be confirmed.

General responsibilities:

Follow company procedures, site requirements and the crew's safety instructions. Raise hazards promptly and stop work when conditions are unsafe.

Assist with rig-up, tubular handling and rig-down within your training and assigned role.

Inspect equipment before use, report defects and help maintain equipment in serviceable condition.





Support snubbing and well-control operations under the direction of qualified personnel.

Communicate clearly with the crew and supervisors during all stages of the job.

For operators: carry out assigned operations within approved procedures and your demonstrated competency.

For supervisors: coordinate crew activities and maintain safe work practices in high-pressure sweet or sour well environments.

Operate company vehicles only when appropriately licensed, trained and authorized.

Operators require at least five years of snubbing experience, strong verbal and written communication, and an understanding of relevant industry regulations. Supervisors operate in high-pressure sweet or sour well environments and are responsible for safe working conditions and practices.For candidates starting in snubbing, the Assistant Operator role includes catwalk work, rigging up and down, tripping tubulars, driver training, mentoring and equipment maintenance training.

Qualifications:

Snubbing Operator: At least five years of snubbing experience; strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of snubbing and oil and gas regulations.

Snubbing Supervisor: Experience and competency appropriate to supervising high-pressure well operations. Exact experience requirements to be confirmed.

Assistant Operator: Energetic, curious and physically fit for the work. Training is provided for this role.

Provide your current driver's licence class and details of relevant industry experience.List your current safety tickets and expiry dates. The online form includes H2S, CSO, Fall Protection, FirstAid, Fall Arrest and BOP, plus additional tickets. Role-specific mandatory tickets must be confirmed.
