About us We are a pre-launch Korean skincare brand and a subsidiary of TSB Healthcare, based in Vancouver, BC. We are building a line of clean, effective K-beauty essentials. As an early-stage startup, you will work directly with the founding team and have real ownership over how the brand shows up online. The role We are hiring a Social Media & E-Commerce Specialist on a contract basis (3 days per week) to own our content and online store presence from pre-launch through launch. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on social media, loves Korean skincare, and can shoot, edit, and publish content end to end. You must be based in the Vancouver area and available for in-person meetings and shoots.

What you will do - Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for Instagram and TikTok - Manage day-to-day social posting, stories, and community engagement - Support our e-commerce store: product listings, imagery, descriptions, promotions, and basic site updates (Shopify) - Help plan and execute product launch campaigns and content calendars - Track basic performance (engagement, traffic, sales) and suggest improvements - Pitch in wherever needed — it is a startup What we are looking for - Proven experience running social media for a brand — portfolio or account links required - Strong photo and video skills: shooting and editing (phone or camera) - Some hands-on experience with Shopify: product listings, imagery, descriptions, promotions - Comfortable using AI tools (e.g.



Claude) for drafting, ideation, and day-to-day productivity - Understand e-commerce logistics and shipping basics (orders, fulfillment, shipping options) - Strong independent researcher — able to dig into competitors, trends, and new topics quickly - Genuine passion for Korean skincare and beauty trends - Self-starter who is comfortable in a rapid-moving startup and can work independently - Based in the Vancouver area and available for in-person meetings and shoots Nice to have - Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) - Copywriting experience - Korean language skills - Influencer or UGC campaign experience What we offer - $25/hr during a 3-month probation, with performance bonuses and a rate review afterward - Part-time contract (3 days/week) with a clear path to full-time as we grow - Hybrid: work from home plus on-site meetings and shoots - Direct access to the founding team and real creative ownership How to apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
