The IT Cart is looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Marketing & Content Creation Intern who wants real experience producing commercials, social media content, and promotional videos.

This is a production-focused role. You will be involved in the process from coming up with ideas → planning the shoot → filming → directing → editing → publishing.

If you enjoy being behind the camera, creating reels, commercials, social media videos, and creative marketing content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

● Create short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms

● Participate in and help produce commercial shoots and promotional campaigns

● Develop creative concepts and video ideas

● Write basic scripts, hooks, dialogue, and storyboards

● Plan and coordinate content shoots

● Handle cameras, smartphones, lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment

● Assist with directing people during shoots

● Shoot product videos, service commercials, customer testimonials, office videos, and social media content

● Capture behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day business content

● Edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and other platforms

● Add captions, music, transitions, graphics, and other elements to videos

● Repurpose long-form videos into multiple pieces of social media content

● Work with the marketing team to develop monthly content calendars

● Research current social media trends and identify content opportunities

● Help create content designed specifically for lead generation and sales

● Assist with photoshoots and product photography when required The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

● Is highly creative and enjoys making videos

● Is comfortable being around a camera and production setting

● Understands what makes social media content engaging

● Has an eye for composition,



lighting, framing, and visual storytelling

● Can come up with creative commercial ideas

● Is comfortable working with people on camera

● Is willing to learn video editing and production

● Is familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

● Has experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar tools — an asset

● Has experience using cameras, microphones, lighting, or other production equipment — an asset

● Is energetic, reliable, organized, and willing to get hands-on
