ParaMed is seeking a Social Worker to assess, resolve and support clients and families facing psychosocial, medical and mental health challenges in residential or institutional settings.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop SMART goals, design evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to link clients with community resources, advocate for families, and maintain compliant records.
