Our Client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to support the ongoing development of the Ontario Agricultural Soil Information System (OASIS). The solution includes a core web application built using Java and Microsoft Azure technologies, along with a field data application leveraging ESRI GIS technologies. Design, develop, test, and deliver enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML5, and RESTful APIs Develop scalable Java-based backend services and integrations within Microsoft Azure Translate business and technical requirements into detailed technical designs and production-ready solutions Develop programming specifications, application components, configurations, and customizations Build and manage application releases and deployment pipelines Develop and maintain CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities Work collaboratively within an Agile delivery setting Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, analysts,



and project teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle 5+ years of hands-on full-stack Java application development experience ~1+ year of experience developing and implementing Java solutions for soil management systems ~ Java/JEE ~ Azure SQL Database, Oracle, and/or PostgreSQL ~ Microsoft Azure development experience ~ Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines ~ ESRI ArcGIS Survey / Survey123 integration ~ Experience creating detailed programming and technical specifications ~ Release deployment and unit testing experience ~ Agile software development experience ~ Secure software development, privacy, and confidentiality knowledge Experience with geospatial data services and mapping applications Experience developing agricultural or soil management solutions Experience using approved AI-assisted software development or coding tools Ontario Public Sector experience Knowledge of OPS and I&ITS; policies, standards, directives, and governance requirements Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project timelines Comfortable working within multidisciplinary Agile teams #
