Canada is seeking a Sales Manager for our Brampton store at 70 Great Lakes Dr. This leadership role focuses on coaching the sales team, improving store performance and creating an exceptional guest experience. training and performance discussions Coach the team on the Ashley Sales Approach, product knowledge, promotions and guest engagement Review performance trends and implement action plans Partner with the General Sales Manager and Store Operations Team on store priorities Maintain showroom standards and ensure policies and processes are followed 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or hospitality ~ Experience coaching a team accountable for performance targets ~ Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills ~ Post-secondary education is an asset; Availability for days, evenings and weekends ~ Satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required #
