Job Title: Solutions Designer – Senior (IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACEs) or MuleSoft)

Must Haves

- 10+ years of experience on backend design and development using REST Web Services, JPA, hibernates, database, SQL, PL/SQL.
- Solid expertise in enterprise integration design, including experience with integration patterns, technologies, design principle and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework, especially Spring Integration, and experience designing and building integration solutions using it.
- Strong knowledge of message-oriented middleware and enterprise service buses as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACEs) or MuleSoft and experience designing and building solutions using them.
- Experience with integration technologies, such as JMS, AMQP, or REST, and an understanding of how to use them in Azure context
- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions
- Experience leading other developers as Team Lead

Description

- Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models
- Ability to gather client business requirements; corporate I⁢ information mandates, client information technology strategic plans, environment and standards
- Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provide advice on short/long term solution service development activities
- Experience planning, migrating,



implementing and sustaining large complex system development projects
- Experience designing and developing large, complex, highly available, mission critical server applications
- Experience with systems evaluation to assess conditions, technical performance and capacity of existing systems

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

Technical Skills (30%)

- Hands-on experience with integration technologies, such as JMS, AMQP, or REST, and an understanding of how to use them in Azure Integration context.
- Experience with data model, database such as Oracle, SQL server.

Development Skills (25%)

- Hands-on experience with integration technologies, such as APIs, Message Queues and Middleware, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB):
- Experience in designing solutions from business requirements, especially using UML, JEE, Service Bus, and ETL.

System Analysis (20%)

- Experience in System Analysis, requirements gathering and designing use cases
- Experience with prototyping solution for presentation to the client or Sr. management

Communication Skills (15%)

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience with facilitating and leading discussions with technical teams as well as business
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Public sector exp( 10%)

- Experience in working with Enterprise Architecture within OPS, following standards and documentation artifacts and template
