Location Description

We’re looking for a Sous Chef who has a passion for cooking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. If you’ve got a flair for creating mouth-watering dishes and are ready to take the next step in your culinary career, then we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

- Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.
- Supporting with food preparation, service and day-to-day kitchen management.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation across every dish.
- Coaching and mentoring chefs within the team, sharing knowledge and building capability.
- Helping to manage stock, ordering and kitchen compliance.
- Taking the lead in the Head Chef's absence and supporting the development of the wider kitchen team.
- Playing a key role in creating a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture.
