Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and agile South Indian Chef to lead our culinary team and craft exceptional dining experiences. Duties

- Lead food preparation and cooking activities to deliver delicious, visually appealing dishes that meet quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food handlers, ensuring efficient teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage all aspects of food handling, storage, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
- Oversee restaurant operations during shifts, coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Train team members on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels,



order supplies as needed, and control costs without compromising quality.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills in South Indian Cuisine
- Extensive food service experience with a solid understanding of restaurant operations.
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities to motivate staff and foster collaboration.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation regulations.
- Experience in restaurant management including inventory control, scheduling, and customer relations.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence.
