Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the full-cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. TALENT ACQUISITION & SOURCING Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate selection RECRUITMENT OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE Utilize Workday to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, and reporting Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment legislation, and diversity and inclusion practices Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and programs 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, supporting full‑cycle hiring. ~ Previous experience supporting recruitment in construction, manufacturing, or a similar project‑based industry is an asset. ~ Experience working with an ATS; Workday experience is an asset.



~ Solid understanding of employment legislation and equitable hiring practices. ~ Expected Base Salary: $30 - $38 per hour.

The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity and work location.
