Serve as the functional lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and executive planning reviews Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization across the planning landscape Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions within SAP IBP Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to configure, test, and support planning system enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities Develop and maintain key planning metrics, dashboards, reports, and performance analytics Monitor inventory health, service levels, and other key performance indicators while identifying root causes of performance gaps Support monthly S&OP;/IBP cycles by ensuring data integrity,



process adherence, and timely delivery of planning outputs Champion the use of SAP- IBP and ensure master data integrity and support governance processes related to planning systems Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving planning effectiveness, visibility, and organizational alignment Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and planning team members on best practices and system utilization Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field ~Robust understanding of planning processes, including supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP;/IBP ~ Experience supporting SAP IBP and SAP applications ~ Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions ~ We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, and other legally protected characteristics.
