Participate in the creation and implementation of staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool Source passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing Related post-secondary education and 8+ years of recruiting experience,



preferably in a high-tech environment Strong written and verbal skills in both French and English as this role can support TA Activities across all MDA Space locations across Canada Technical recruiting experience in the computer and engineering related field and experience networking in the technology industry Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting practices and techniques We work in office from Monday- Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.
