Compensation: $65,000 CAD / year up (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-Time on site (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Probation period: 3 months

Location: North York

Start date: 2027 January

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with document preparation and assembly for personal (T1) and corporate (T2) tax filings.
- Support the preparation of draft financial statements and working papers.
- Review client financial records for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients to gather documents and resolve inquiries.
- Assist with CRA correspondence and general tax administration duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Credentials: Active CPA designation (or registered CPA candidate in the final stages of practical experience requirements).
- Education & Experience: Degree or diploma in Accounting, alongside hands-on experience in accounting and tax practices.
- Technical Skills:



Proficient in MS Excel; direct working experience with professional tax/accounting software
- Quick Learner: Able to pick up firm workflows, tax scenarios, and client files rapidly.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated, diligent with client follow-ups, and focused on accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal skills with a polished, client-ready presence for clear direct communication.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
