Our presence in Ontario is expanding, and we are searching for various roles throughout the GTA, including a Senior Geotechnical Engineer within our Geotechnical Division based in our Sudbury office (Other office locations may be considered for the right candidate). You will be joining a dedicated and cooperative team of Engineers and Scientists focused on Geotechnical, Hydrogeological, Environmental, and Materials related projects. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients on portfolios of large, interdisciplinary projects.

Execute on geotechnical aspects of a variety of projects including writing proposals, field work, data analysis, preparing geotechnical design recommendations and writing geotechnical reports; Perform project management functions, including proposal preparation, budget estimation, scheduling, scope management, project summary report preparation, maintaining quality throughout the project, and implementing improvements. Provide senior technical review on discipline related elements of projects ensuring technical excellence aligns with client needs. Client management and consultation as required to manage projects and develop a client base; Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (Geological Engineering program may be suitable) from a recognized university. ~12+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.



~ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (English), strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize several assignments at one time in order to deliver quality work on time and on budget.
