- The Platform Engineering team at Lime is responsible for enabling software engineers to build, test and deploy Lime products globally at scale through resilient, cost effective and secure infrastructure, and high-quality developer and data science tooling

- Identify, define, and solve strategically essential technical problems, including architecting and building highly scalable foundational platforms, leading new product initiatives, and revamping existing core application experiences

- Implement and manage security controls to ensure compliance with SOX and other relevant regulations

- Mentor and lead other engineers at Lime. Identify and develop future leaders

- Support audits and due diligence processes related to infrastructure

- Advise Lime’s leadership team on key technology adoption and process improvements

- Contribute to shaping the overall engineering culture at the company

- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability improvements

- Respond to and troubleshoot production issues, outages, and critical alerts during assigned on-call shifts

- Escalate incidents as needed and collaborate with team members to restore service

- Document issues and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents

- Be available to provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call
