We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a contract IT Solutions Support Engineer for our client. This role is 100% onsite at our clients office in east Vancouver.

ABOUT THE PROJECT: Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Solutions Support Engineer to support and scale a contemporary enterprise technology environment. This role is focused on endpoint management, identity and access management, automation, and operational support. The successful candidate will help evolve the IT support function beyond traditional help desk activities by embedding automation, self-service capabilities, and strong technical practices across the organization.

In this role, you will support and maintain scalable IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and end-user experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain a secure, high-performing environment while supporting business growth through modern support delivery and automation initiatives. 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Systems Engineering, or Desktop Engineering ~ Experience supporting Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC)



activities and office location moves ~ Strong ability and desire to work directly with internal clients on IT support issues ~ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SaaS, networking, and infrastructure issues methodically ~ Experience supporting and administering environments including Google Workspace, Okta, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Intune, and JAMF Experience building automation workflows and zero-touch deployment solutions Exposure to SOC-2 compliance environments and automated security controls Experience creating technical documentation and runbooks Duration: Full-Time Contract, 3 months plus possible extension or conversion to FTE Monday to Friday, with potential for after-hours support work The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows: ~ Compensation is commensurate with these standards; AI DISCLOSURE: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
