Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead for the Thunder Bay store (ON-Thunder Bay). This full-time position oversees all sales floor departments, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, ensuring the selling model and outstanding client service drive store objectives.

You have 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, with robust communication skills and an ability to build teams that train cast to deliver exceptional client service.
