In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stock displays, and ensuring the store remains clean, secure, and welcoming for customers and team members alike. Duties

- Manage stock levels by receiving, inspecting, and accurately storing incoming merchandise
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
- Organize and merchandise products on shelves and displays to maximize visual appeal and accessibility
- Operate hand jacks and other equipment safely to move heavy or bulky items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, sales floors, and back-of-house spaces to uphold safety standards
- Assist customers with inquiries related to stock availability and product locations in a friendly manner




- Support cashiering duties during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues promptly to minimize downtime

Skills

- Proven experience in retail sales or inventory management environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse settings
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, facilitating better service for a diverse customer base
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate stock management
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers confidently
